Using the sub project method seems to add a degree of separation between different groups of work scope while maintaining integration of logic ties between subprojects. What are your thoughts? One thing to bear in mind, is that when scheduling mutliple projects you have to move the data date on separately by project in the porject view before F9ing, otherwise project data dates will not be alligned. Have you found it better to break up large projects in to multiple sub projects when you need to have multiple schedulers statusing the project? I'm debating this technic.
